Bass 2 Volume 1 Tone Wiring

I have 2 covered humbuckers generic 2x volume and 2 tone.

Bass 2 volume 1 tone wiring. 2 j bass single coils blend pot 1 volumes 1 tone jazz bass w master volume balance blend control. The hot output sweeper. And basically wiring the whole lot together. J set 2 active 2 volume no switch.
